Do You Only Make What We See Online?
We do everything you see online AND more! If you want a CUSTOM order, give us a call to let us know the details and your budget… We usually suggest our online ordering site as a use for inspiration – so we can make each arrangement unique to our customers.
When I Order Online, Is What I See What I Get?
We try our very best to. recreate the arrangement you’ve requested.. however, we will sometimes have to make small substitutions if the arrangement requires a flower or colour that we do not currently have. For any major changes, we will always call you to confirm the substitutions so there are no surprises.

Can You Help Send Flowers Across The World?
Yes! We wire transfer orders to other florists throughout Canada and the World for a small wire transfer fee.
Call us or stop in with all details of the order and we will take care of it for you.
If I Want a Specific Flower or Colour, How Much Notice Do You Need?
Although we try to keep a wide variety of flowers and colours in our fridge everyday, if what you’re looking for is important we need to know a minimum of 2 days in advanced so we can order from our supplier.
Do you have helium?

No we do not, the cost of helium floated through the roof – and we could not justify having to charge our awesome customers so much for a small balloon

Do You Carry Gifts?
Yes we do!
We carry a selection of gifts for a variety of occasions, including: Bridal, Baby, Birthday, Holidays and everything in between.
We also have a great selection of cards for most occasions.
Do You Have Plants?
We keep a variety of indoor and outdoor plants in our shop at most times, if you’re looking for a specific plant we will order it in for you as long as our suppliers can provide!
Do You Have Silk Flowers?
We custom order our silk flowers. We need two days notice to bring them in for you, and can do single stems, headstone pieces, bridal bouquets and everything in between.
